Hello, my name is Trevor and I am the Owner of Texas Teal Pool Services. Prior to starting this company I worked for multiple big pool service companies in the north DFW area. What I experienced at those companies showed me exactly what I wouldn't like for my company and for my customers. Some of my experiences were, but not limited to; Poor customer service, High turnover rate, Untimeliness, Lead Technicians leaving pools uncleaned or untreated, DOOR HANGERS, Poorly kept relations between Pool Technician and Customer, and many more. So when I decided to start this company I made sure that I created a company that was built around whats best for the customers. Naturally I am a huge people person, so maintaining great relationships with my customers was easy. As for customer service, I have picked up the phone or responded to an email for customers anytime from Sunday afternoon to midnight on a Tuesday! And I DO NOT USE DOOR HANGERS, I use a special service program that emails my customers the second I leave their pool, that email includes a picture of their pool, all of the chemical readings, every chemical I added and how much, and all the services completed. My customers and myself are always pleased with the cleanliness of the pool, and if not I have a 100% guarantee that if the customer is not happy with your pool that I will come back the same day or next and complete it to the customers liking.
